    • Staff Outlook accounts are automatically created for all users at the District level when data is entered in the HR system.  This data is synced daily.  Welcome emails are sent to new staff.

      District Systems

      • At least eight characters
      • At least one number
      • At least one capital letter
      • At least one lowercase letter
      • At least one special character ie !,$,%

      These systems have history to prevent reusing passwords as well as blocked word lists ie your name, password etc
