- If you are unsuccessful email helpdesk@saanichschools.ca and request your account be enabled
Changing your own Password

Your WiFi credentials will be set to your username and temporary password emailed to all employees upon being hired. Your username is the portion of your email address before the @ symbol.
Changing your email password using the method outlined in step 1 of the District Systems section above does not affect your WiFi credentials. To align your WiFi password with your current email password, click here. Log in using your email address (ending in @saanichschools.ca) and your email password. Allow half an hour for your WiFi password to be set to your current email password.

- Click on down arrow (top right) beside your name
- Click Set Preferences
- Click Security tab
- Password: Click Change
- Enter your old and new passwords
